We spend a lot of time working on getting into good setup positions and finishing positions but many times less attention is given to what moves when in those same movements. To achieve an intended stimulus we need to also focus on the timing of how joints move so we can better target what it is we’re after. In this video I give an explanation of how movement order plays a big role in the adaptation created by said movement and how it can play out in a few different common movement patterns and their associated common faults.
