We know you’ve probably heard all sorts of things about CrossFit, and maybe even the idea of walking in the door seems a bit intimidating. We get it, just know that we’ve been doing this for 10+ years and we’re here to see you succeed!

Step One: Schedule an Intro
Come in and say hello! This is an informal time scheduled at your convenience to talk about things like:
- What are you looking for in a gym?
- What has worked well for you in the past?
- What are your goals moving forward?
- What concerns do you have?
- And of course, how we can help!
It’s free and you won’t even get sweaty! Not interested in talking and ready to move? Skip ahead to Step Two!
Step Two: Try a Class
We can talk all day about how great MMCF is but the only way you’re really going to know is to experience it!
Sign-up for your first class at no expense, and see for yourself. We know you won’t be disappointed.
Step Three: Start your First Month
Our First Month is where all of our new members begin their journey. Included in your First Month are 3 Private 1-on-1 training sessions. In these sessions we will go over the basics and slowly introduce you to different workouts to get you acclimated so once you’re in class you get the most out of your hour with us.
