I am having a lot of fun and feeling increased strength and range of motion! Shane has been great in modifying the workouts to address my limitations and challenges and still work the intended muscle groups. I have had prior hip surgery, leg surgery and I am also on older client. He gives a lot of individual coaching and guidance which is exactly what I need.
I started coming to Modern Monkey when it opened and have been sore every day since. Shane is awesome, he emphasizes and teaches good technique, modifies exercises so everyone gets a good work out without getting hurt, and writes legit work outs without making them miserable. And with his help I think I’ll finally learn to do a handstand!
The Silvers class is bringing me to life again after years of inactivity! Shane’s meticulous coaching and the positive atmosphere makes the challenging task of increasing strength and mobility fun.
I’m a nurse and I do heavy lifting every day at my job and I feel what I am learning and strengthening in this class is so beneficial to my everyday life. I want to be injury free and even prevent injuries and Shane works on it all! Love it and would 100% recommend this crossfit gym to everyone of all ages and health backgrounds.
Recently joined Modern Monkey and I have really enjoyed it. I love the mix of strongmen and gymnastics with crossfit. Every workout is different, but it is always fun! Shane is a great coach who has helped me with my form.
