We keep a 1:8 Coach to athlete ratio. We’ve found this ratio creates a class big  enough so you still get the energy from the group, yet small enough so we can give you the personalized attention you deserve.

FIT FOR LIFE

We’re not interested in making you a competitive exerciser. We are interested in teaching you fundamental movement patterns that can be applied to a variety of situations. You walk aways with a good workout, a better understanding, and more confidence both in and outside of the gym.

LEVEL 3 CROSSFIT TRAINER

 Every class led start to finish by a Level 3 CrossFit Trainer. We don’t believe that a higher trainer level always means a better coach, but we do believe it’s a reflection of our desire to get better and our commitment to the craft.

MORE MOVEMENT

We utilize more movements and concepts from outside the world of traditional CrossFit, such as Strongman, Ido Portal, and gymnastics. This gives us a bigger variety to choose from in our programming, building more resilient and capable humans.

I am having a lot of fun and feeling increased strength and range of motion! Shane has been great in modifying the workouts to address my limitations and challenges and still work the intended muscle groups. I have had prior hip surgery, leg surgery and I am also on older client. He gives a lot of individual coaching and guidance which is exactly what I need.

Shane is awesome, he emphasizes and teaches good technique, modifies exercises so everyone gets a good work out without getting hurt, and writes legit work outs without making them miserable.
